Getting started

Signing up and free coins

Which casino should I play first?
Mega Bonanza, our favorite: 1x playthrough, 50 free sweeps and the fastest prize. If you are 21 or over and want the biggest free start and the most games, Stake.us.
How many casinos can I join?
As many as you like. Each gives its own free coins, so lots of players keep two or three accounts and collect the daily bonuses at each.
Do I need a card to sign up?
No. Sign up asks for name, date of birth, email and state. Payment details are only needed if you choose to buy Gold Coins.
Where are my free coins?
Usually waiting on the email or phone confirmation. Check your spam folder, then look in the casino’s bonus or rewards section.
Playing

Coins, games and limits

Which coin should I play with?
Sweepstakes Coins if you want a shot at a prize. Gold Coins if you just want to play. Every game has a switch between the two.
Can I lose real money?
Only money you choose to spend on Gold Coin bundles. Free coins cost nothing, and you cannot owe a sweepstakes casino anything.
Can I set a spending limit?
Most casinos let you cap daily or weekly purchases in the account settings. Our play smart page explains how.
Which casinos have live dealers?
Stake.us, Modo.us and RealPrize among others. Slot focused sites such as LuckyLand do not.
Cashing out

Prizes and payments

How long does a prize take?
Between seven hours and three days in our tests. The fastest prizes page lists all eighteen by speed.
What is the minimum cash out?
Usually 50 Sweepstakes Coins. Chumba, LuckyLand and ThrillCoins set it at 100. Fortune Coins uses its own currency with a 1,200 Fortune Coin minimum.
Why does the casino want my ID?
Sweepstakes law requires the casino to confirm you are an adult in an open state before paying a prize. It is a one time check at every casino we played.
Can I be paid in gift cards?
Yes, most casinos offer gift cards as well as bank transfer. Gift cards are often quicker.

Who we are and how we work

Do you take money from casinos?
No. We do not earn affiliate commissions, our links carry no tracking code and no casino pays for its spot. The site is funded by its owner, OMD AS.
How often are reviews updated?
Every casino is replayed at the start of each month. The date is in the footer.
I found a mistake. What now?
